Crystal Teng is a healing arts practitioner, serving the Metro Detroit area. She holds a BA in Theology and Japanese Studies from Colgate University and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She draws from the lexicon of somatic wisdom learned through 10+ years of training the martial & movement arts. During a session, she may hold a point of tension in the body until it releases, this can be a deep and potentially painful myofascial release, or it can be a more subtle touch, working with tissue and energy restrictions around the nervous system learned through her training with the Upledger Institute. Each body has their own unique history, their own unique relationship with wellness and unease, and so each body will need something different.

She uses elements of Thai and Shiatsu, which can also be done fully clothed. Corina has been trained in Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy.
