Lymphatic Drainage with special guest Mysteek Skalski @lymph.nymph

Lymphatic drainage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. A light pressure touch is used to mobilize lymphatic fluid under the skin in order to be purified. These gentle pumps starting with the neck, traps, and shoulder blades moving onto the gut help filter toxins through the lymphatic nodes.

This process is paired with the use of micro current to purify toxins in the body. The current is a very low electrical charge that increases lymph flow, collagen production, and elastin.

With over a decade of experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, she believes this is a system every human needs to know about.  Her passion is helping others directly through touch. In one on one settings she can tailor each session to the individual. She enjoys witnessing the countless benefits that come from lessening the body's toxic load.
